The tech industry needs to better represent the world around us, irrespective of gender, age, culture, or sexual orientation.
Therefore to #ChangeTheFace of technology, we must tell its story. Inviting alliance members on a journey to understand the purpose and vision, behind this collective movement. One size, no longer fits all.
I was the lead designer tasked with re-branding the #ChangeTheFace initiative, which was a campaign originally launched by Vodafone in 2020. I re-visited the roots of the initiative and wanted to inject more personality and life. I did this by introducing a vibrant ombre colour palette and an over saturated photography style, which embraces individuality.
A mix between close-ups and relaxed poses bring the individual members to life, capturing more personality, and making it easier to relate to. I remove barriers to allow freedom and inclusivity, with the choice to self-identify, without prejudice.
